Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Here’s our policy on cancellations and refunds:

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting us at humbun1@gmail.com. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is defective or incorrect. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable goods and personalized items are non-refundable.
